£45 for the first hour. 

£35 per hour thereafter..

Simple, clear pricing for all types of tech help with no hidden costs.

If an hourly rate doesn’t feel right, we’ll chat things through, come up with a plan and provide a clear quote upfront.

If we’re unable to resolve your issue, you’ll not pay a penny and we’ll be honest about your options – no unnecessary charges.

If any software or equipment is needed, don’t worry—we’ll point you in the right direction, but the choice will be yours.

Local Home visits is what we do and included in our prices,  but if you’re beyond our usual stomping ground, we may need to add a little for the travel.

With 25 years of IT experience, I understand that tech support can often feel impersonal and full of jargon. Our approach aims to differ – I listen, keep things simple, and provide solutions that work for you.

I know what a pain it is fit in getting help out of hours, so it’s why we focus providing help outside the working day. Evenings and weekends to suit you!
